Most agencies deal in consultants and some direct hire placements we only provide permanent employees.  Our candidates are thoroughly screened before being presented to any of our client companies not just a resume off a database somewhere.  We will present you with a maximum of three qualified candidates and not deluge you with several miss-matched resumes.
